Requirements.

The client required a complete upgrade of line markings across both the factory floor and external yard areas. The goals were to:

• Enhance vehicle and forklift traffic management in high-activity areas.
• Create a logical layout for loading bays and access routes.
• Ensure all markings met relevant health and safety standards and were durable enough for continuous use.

Internal works.

• Installed green safety walkways with high-visibility yellow edging, providing a clear, non-slip route for pedestrians throughout the factory.
• Used high-performance resin coatings for durability against forklift traffic and daily wear.
• Prepared all surfaces thoroughly to ensure strong adhesion and a long-lasting finish.

External works.

• Applied new traffic management markings including directional arrows, HGV and customer loading bays, and pedestrian crossings.
• Installed no parking and hatched safety zones to maintain clear access for loading and emergency routes.
• Completed all works efficiently and safely, keeping site operations running as normal.
