C&R was founded by Darren Riggott, a recognised leader in the UK’s line marking sector. After decades of working within the industry — including founding and leading Riggotts Road Marking — Darren established C&R to deliver a more personal, high-standard approach to surface preparation and line marking.
Today, C&R operates nationwide, working with leading organisations to deliver projects that combine safety, compliance, and long-term durability. Whether it’s a high-traffic car park, a logistics hub, or a runway, we pride ourselves on results that are built to last.
Meet Darren Riggott.
Darren brings over 30 years of experience to every project. Having started his career in 1989 and founded Riggotts in 1994, he has led teams on major contracts for Highways England, the NHS, and the MOD, building a reputation for quality, integrity, and technical excellence.
At C&R, Darren continues to uphold those same values — focusing on detail, open communication, and a genuine commitment to client satisfaction.
