C&R was founded by Darren Riggott, a recognised leader in the UK line marking sector. After decades in the industry—including founding and leading Riggotts Road Marking—Darren established C&R to deliver a more personal, high-standard approach to line marking and surface preparation.
Today, C&R operates nationwide, working with leading organisations across transport, retail, industrial, and public sectors, combining safety, compliance, and long-term durability. From high-traffic car parks to logistics hubs and airport runways, every project is delivered with precision and pride.
Meet Darren Riggott.
Darren brings over 30 years of experience to every project. Beginning his career in 1989 and founding Riggotts in 1994, he has led teams on major national contracts for organisations such as Highways England, the NHS, and the MOD—building a reputation for technical excellence and integrity.
At C&R, Darren continues to uphold those same values—focusing on detail, open communication, and delivering reliable, high-quality results.
